Who can use this

This website and the demo are offered to residents of Canada who are of legal age in their province or territory (18 or 19, depending on where you live). If that is not you, please do not sign up.

AI trading and representative support

AlphaVisionAI is AI software that executes trades for you according to the settings you choose. You allocate a trading budget and choose your risk settings. After you open and fund your AlphaVisionAI trading account and activate your plan, the AI opens positions, manages trades and handles exits according to those settings. You can review its activity, change your settings or pause trading at any time. A representative guides you through setup and using the platform; this support is not personal financial advice or discretionary money management.

What it is not

  • It is not financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to trade anything.
  • Your representative helps with setup and use, not choosing your budget or risk preferences for you. The AI executes trades according to your settings.
  • We do not hold your money. Your funds stay in your own trading account.
  • We do not promise profits, income or any particular result, and we never will.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate details, and keep your account login private.
  • Set limits you can genuinely afford, and only use money you can afford to lose.
  • Follow the laws and tax rules that apply where you live.

Free demo and going live

The demo is free and needs no payment details. After the trial, if you decide to trade for real, you open your AlphaVisionAI trading account and fund it with a $250 minimum deposit. That money stays in your account and is the money the tool can trade with—only use an amount you can afford to lose. Any further plan or fee, and its price, will be shown clearly before you agree to it.

Availability and changes

Software can be interrupted, delayed or unavailable, and markets can move while it is. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, AlphaVisionAI is not liable for trading losses you incur. Trading involves risk, including the risk of losing the money you put in.
