This page explains what we do with the details you send through the form on this website. If you have a question about your information, email us at AlphaVision@support.com and we will reply within 30 days.

• Your country (this website only accepts sign-ups from Canada).
• Whether you have invested before.
• Basic technical information such as your browser type and the page you arrived from.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you demo access, to answer your questions, and to contact you by email or phone about the software. We do not sell your personal information.

Your consent (Canada)

By ticking the consent box you give us express consent to contact you by email and phone, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable privacy law (PIPEDA and equivalent provincial laws). You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying “STOP” to a message, or by emailing AlphaVision@support.com. We will stop contacting you.

Where it is stored

AlphaVision is software. We are not registered as a dealer, adviser or investment fund manager with any Canadian securities regulator, and nothing on this website is personal financial advice.
