Risk disclosure

Trading can lose you money
Trading is risky and is not right for everyone. Prices move in both directions, sometimes quickly and without warning. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Automated does not mean safe
AlphaVision places trades for you, but it cannot remove risk. The rules you set can be wrong for the market of the day, and the software can read a moment incorrectly. A losing trade is a normal outcome, not a fault.
No promises, no predictions
We do not promise profits, income, or any level of performance. Anything you see on this website, including the step-by-step demo and the numbers in it, is an illustration we made up to show how the software works. It is not real trading data and it is not a forecast. What happened in the past does not tell you what will happen next.
Things that can go wrong
- Internet, platform or data outages can delay or block a trade.
- Fast markets can fill a trade at a worse price than expected.
- A safety exit reduces how much a single trade can cost you, but cannot guarantee an exact price.
- Fees, spreads and taxes reduce whatever result you get.
You stay responsible
You set the rules and the limits, and every trade is your decision. AlphaVision is software, not an adviser or a money manager: we are not registered with any Canadian securities regulator, we give no personal advice, and we never hold your money. If you are unsure whether trading suits your situation, speak to a registered professional in your province or territory first.
